Institutional Capital Requires Institutional Governance.
We advise sponsors on how to position their platforms for sovereign and institutional capital. The work is mandate-driven and begins before any capital discussion takes place. Government alignment, institutional credibility, and governance standards are addressed at the outset, as these determine whether capital can engage.
Selective Engagement.
The firm is structured around a small number of engagements at any given time. We don't scale headcount to match deal flow and we don't take on work outside our core practice. The team is senior, the coverage is focused, and we look for opportunities where our involvement materially changes the outcome.
Capital Discipline.
Capital is evaluated on structure and governance before return profile. Long-duration capital requires credible alignment across mandate, jurisdiction, and platform discipline.
Institutional counterparties assess whether a platform meets established governance and structural standards. Engagement follows only where those standards are met.
These principles apply consistently across geographies, vehicles, and sponsor types.
